COSC 204 - Computing and Society Students attempt to understand and navigate the increasingly complex ethical landscape of issues embedded into and surrounding computer science. Along the way, students discover why ethics is an essential component of computer science and how historical and current power dynamics continue to shape ethical decision making in computing. Finally, students explore the responsibilities we have to our communities both as professional and citizen computer scientists.
